Javier Pontón’s accumulated expertise includes extensive experience as an ADR director, studio designer, and 10-year veteran of Disney in a senior creative capacity.

 

Drawing on a wealth of practical experience and a global network of established relationships, PWP Inc. offers foreign-language localization of theatrical, home video and television entertainment, from adaptation, casting and recording through all stages of post production. The enhanced value we offer clients is grounded in years of international production experience and a detailed understanding of which production approaches work best in each part of the globe. A focus on getting the greatest bang for the client’s dollar is central to our production philosophy. Greater investment is not always needed to achieve superior results – if one takes the right approach from the outset.

 

Dealing with producers in foreign countries often requires sacrificing a measure of control. The result is that many US majors are unwisely relinquishing creative control over foreign versions of their entertainment product to producers who may not have the long-term interests of the rights holder in view. The missing element is a production entity that can act as an interface between the client and the foreign recording facilities, talent, directors and producers – in short, a production entity capable of controlling production the way the client would from an in-house dubbing department.
